WHERE TO GO?

NO.1 Angkor Wat

Angkor Wat was listed as a world cultural heritage, one of the seven wonders of the world. When you first got to see the temple from afar, it gave you the feeling of mysticalness and somewhat took you to ancient times. Without the benefit of modern technology, Cambodian built whole complexes of large structures didn’t take a century, Only one word – amazing. I would suggest either you explore in early morning(6am),with the sunrise, absolutely breath taking beauty.

NO.2 Angkor Thom

AngkorThom was founded in the 9th century, covers an area of nearly 9 square kilometers, a huge monuments group, it is a composed of castle palaces, temples, gardens. The city of Angkor Thom was founded by Angkor’s greatest king, Jayavarman VII (reigned 1181-1219), who came to power following the defeat of the former Khmer capital by the Chams. There’re five monumental gates, 20m high and decorated with stone elephant trunks and the king’s favorite motif, the four faces of Avalokiteshvara. The south gate is the best restored and most popular, beacuse it leads directly to Angkor Wat.This large city includes somes famous spots, you could have a see, the Bayon Temple, Phimeanakas Temple, Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King, etc.

NO.3 Ta Prohm

Ta Prohm is a buddist tempel ,it’s began built on 1186AD,by Monastery of the King dedicated to his mother. Delicately carved reliefs on the walls sprout lichen, moss and creeping plants.
